The undersigned does hereby accept and assume all risk and responsibility for injury, death or property damage, which may arise or result from the participation by the undersigned in such activities. The undersigned hereby releases and discharges the Jackson Hole Land Trust, its directors, officers, employees and agents and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action and/or legal liability of any kind, nature or description, including negligence, involving or relating to any bodily injury, death or property damage which may arise or result from participation by the undersigned or, in the event that the undersigned is signing on behalf of a minor, by the minor on whose behalf such person is signing, in the above-described activities. I agree that photographs and video footage taken during Jackson Hole Land Trust volunteer opportunities may be used by the Jackson Hole Land Trust in its publications and promotions. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Jackson Hole Land Trust, its directors, officers, employees and agents, and assigns from and against any and all loss, liability, damage or expense, including attorney’s fees and expenses and court costs, which they, or any of them, may incur as a result of any injury, death or property damage suffered by the undersigned or, in the event that the undersigned is signing on behalf of a minor, by the minor on whose behalf such person is signing, from participation in the above described activities. This agreement is contractual in nature and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. I hereby warrant that I am of legal age and have no legal impediment to the right to contract in my own name or, in the event that the undersigned is signing on behalf of a minor, the right to contract on behalf of the minor for whom I am signing, in the above regard and, further, that I have read the above release and agreement prior to its execution and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
