A mostly undisturbed conifer forest covers most of the acreage of this property, which provides a protected connection between several other conserved parcels in the area as well as the lush riparian corridor of Trail Creek. This high-quality habitat is used frequently by native wildlife species such as moose, elk, great gray owls, and mule deer.
