The eastern portion of the property borders the scenic corridor of Fall Creek Road, and is contiguous to other encumbered properties which facilitates connectivity between the Bridger-Teton National Forest and the Snake River corridor. It provides habitat for a diversity of wildlife such as mule deer, elk, and moose.
