This iconic property at the base of Teton Pass is currently operated as a working guest ranch and serves as a training ground for the nordic skiers of the Jackson Hole Ski and Snowboard Club (JHSSC). It provides abundant high-quality habitat for wildlife species such as elk, mule deer, moose, bears, mountain lions, bald eagles, and several species of owls.
