Torrey Lake Ranch lies adjacent to the Whiskey Mountain Wildlife Habitat Management Area and Torrey and Ring Lakes. The property protects winter range for the Whiskey Mountain herd of bighorn sheep, habitat for numerous other wildlife species, and cultural resources in the form of teepee rings.
