North Cottonwood Creek flows through the property and supports a healthy population of trout and other fish species. The property provides winter and yearlong habitat for moose, yearlong habitat for mule deer, and spring, summer and fall habitat for pronghorn. The property contains vigorous Palustrine emergent wetlands, hay meadows, riparian willow communities, and sagebrush uplands.
