As residents of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem we, and the wildlife that share this special place, benefit from landscapes and waterways that have minimal weeds, invasive & non-native species, and other organisms that can compromise the ecological health of the environment. In supporting landowner efforts to control weeds and invasive species, the Land Trust can lend knowledge in identifying problematic plants, and connect landowners to resources and expertise of agency and non-profit partners who specifically focus on the monitoring, prevention and control of invasive species.
