On Tuesday, August 16, 2016, Jackson Hole Land Trust’s Executive Director Laurie Andrews spoke with KHOL 89.1 regarding the recent announcement of JHLT’s unification with Green River Valley Land Trust. The newly formed Green River Valley Program will guarantee sustainable stewardship of 58 easements totaling 32,000 acres in perpetuity. “Sublette County is just a jewel as far as wildlife and agricultural lands,” says Laurie Andrews. Officially launching on October 1st, the Green River Valley Program of the Jackson Hole Land Trust will “make certain that [the preserved land] has a secure future.”
