SUMMARY:Conservation Easement Training for the Landowners’ Team: A Conservation Tool To Keep Farms\, Ranches\, and Families Thriving
DESCRIPTION:People choose to live in the Mountain West for all aspects of rural living — open space\, wildlife\, and agricultural heritage. Safeguarding this way of life can protect the economy’s tourism and agricultural sectors. This day-long program at the Cody Holiday Inn\, sponsored by the Wyoming Realtors Land Institute and Park County Open Lands\, is designed to help new and seasoned practitioners understand issues facing property owners who want their lands to stay intact for future generations. Understanding these unique issues can help buyers\, sellers\, appraisers\, attorneys\, and tax professionals navigate conservation easements. You will be better prepared to advise your clients about this increasingly exercised private property right. Continuing education credits are available for legal professionals\, realtors\, and appraisers (seven hours). Lunch will be provided. \nRegister now: https://www.rliland.com/wyoming/Events/Event-Info/sessionaltcd/Conservation \nSpeakers: \nAlex Few is the Director of Park County Open Lands.
